Who We Are

Guidance Communications is owned and operated by Jack Massa. Jack has over twenty years experience in business and technical communications, with more than ten years designing and developing information online.

Since 1984, Jack has written and edited marketing copy, training, documentation, and articles covering all kinds of technology. He's designed and developed web sites, help systems, multimedia projects, and online libraries; taught workshops at industry conferences; and managed teams for large and small companies. He's been an independent consultant since 1987, and founded Guidance in 1996. For more details, check out Jack's resume.

Jack has hands-on involvement with all of Guidance's work—as designer, editor, and project manager. In many cases, he serves as the sole writer and developer as well. On larger projects, Jack works with a talented team of associates, including writers, instructional designers, programmers, and graphics artists.
